Welcome to the Discovery Garden
Discovery Garden is a wheelchair-accessible public garden in Blair County, Pennsylvania. Developed as a community resource, Discovery Garden provides a beautiful setting for people of all ages and abilities to relax and enjoy nature.

Located in Legion Memorial Park, Hollidaysburg Borough, and adjoining Kids’ Kingdom Play Park along the Beaver Dam Branch of the Juniata River, Discovery Garden offers something for everyone.

Since its inception, Discovery Garden has grown to encompass a series of seven theme gardens connected by wheelchair-accessible pathways. Each theme garden is designed to provide opportunities for hands-on outdoor education about flowers, plants, and ecology.

The Discovery Garden is maintained by a group of community volunteers. We're always looking for gardening enthusiasts to join us. For more information, please call 814-932-6499 or visit us on Facebook (@discoverygardenpa) to learn more. We meet weekly to work on the garden.
